Please read these Terms carefully before using IntelliMatch. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, applying as a provider, or otherwise using IntelliMatch ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your organization. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
3. Use of the Service
IntelliMatch provides AI-driven pipeline discovery, qualification, and outreach tooling for technology service providers. You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
4. Acceptable Use
You will not (a) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code; (b) interfere with the Service or other users; (c) use the Service to send spam or violate anti-spam, telemarketing, or privacy laws; (d) misrepresent your identity or affiliation; or (e) use the Service for any high-risk activity where failure could cause personal injury or significant damage.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and trademarks associated with the Service are owned by IntelliMatch or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit, and you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use it solely to operate and improve the Service.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., communication providers, CRMs, analytics). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
7. Fees & Billing
Paid plans are described on our Pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change prices on notice.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results, lead quality, or revenue outcomes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntelliMatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which IntelliMatch is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
